Tasting note: In Vitiano Vermentino the variety is expressed fully with its spicy aroma on the one hand, and its finesse and its pleasantness on the other part. The wine has an acid and persistent finish, as it has to be for a wine of which the main feature is being pleasant to drink.

The palate is ample with supple tannins and is enlivened by a note of vibrant acidity which fully brings out the intense persistence and pleasure of its aromas. The finish offers hints of tobacco, dark chocolate, and berry fruit. It is an extremely elegant and bracingly savoury wine of great finesse.
