Subsequent owners \u2013 a series of\u00a0illustrious families \u2013 followed their example, up to and including the purchase by\u00a0Domaine\u00a0Clarence Dillon\u00a0in1983. The owner of La Mission also own Ch\u00e2teau Haut-Brion which is a\u00a0First Growth.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Blend\/Grape Varietal<\/strong>&#8211; 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tasting Notes<\/strong>&#8211; The 2011 is a big, sexy, smoky, classic La Mission displaying lots of road tar, graphite, barbecue, meats, mulberry, black currant and blueberry notes.
