In 2004, Chef St\u00e9phane Gaborieau won the title <strong>\u2018Best Chef of France\u2019 <\/strong>and was awarded\nhis first <strong>Michelin Star<\/strong> in 2008 for\nhis restaurant Le Pergol\u00e8se in Paris. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chef St\u00e9phane Gaborieau and\nSommelier Nikhil Agarwal co-hosted the evening and spoke to the gathering of 75\nguests, which included the cr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me of Bangalore society and corporate\nhonchos, who were treated to a phenomenal dinner experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chef St\u00e9phane\nGaborieau presented a fabulous 5 course menu showcasing his style of cuisine,\nwhich respects products and flavours, paired with Indian and International\nwines by Sommelier Nikhil Agarwal \u2013 CEO All Things Nice.&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These\nexquisite dinners were be paired with Grover Zampa Soir\u00e9e Brut, Art Collection\nRos\u00e9, Vijay Amritraj R\u00e9serve Collection White and Ch\u00eane Grande\nR\u00e9serve from Grover Zampa Vineyards and Nederburg The Wine Masters\nSauvignon Blanc, South Africa and Casillero del Diablo Chardonnay R\u00e9serve, Chile\nfrom Aspri Spirits. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our partners for this event included The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore as our hospitality partner, Truefitt &amp; Hill and TWG tea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The guests enjoyed the following menu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>First class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Third course<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Sea bass in black olive crust, citrus fennel\ncompote, star anise fish fumet
