While you might not be able to afford a taste of this pricey spirit, you can substitute Glenfiddich’s 12-year-old scotch and enjoy the Mrs. Roberts, a cocktail specially developed to celebrate Glenfiddich’s birthday.

2 parts Glenfiddich 12 Year Old
½ part Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
½ part pomegranate molasses
Dash of plum bitters
Shake all ingredients on ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
