1 oz. Cointreau
Splash of pineapple juice
Splash of cranberry juice
METHOD
Pour Remy Martin V.S.O.P and Cointreau over ice into a collins glass. Add pineapple and cranberry juice as desired.
Cognac Pear Martini
INGREDIENTS
¼ oz. Cointreau
2¼ oz. Remy Martin V.S.O.P
2 oz. pear juice
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a pear fan.
