Pisco Sour

Ingredients
5 Parts Pisco
4 Parts Lemon Juice
3 Parts Simple Syrup
1 Splash Egg White

How to mix

Fill a shaker with ice cubes. Add all ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice cubes.
