Tasting Note– This clear, bright wine is ruby-red in colour, with a complex nose of soft fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant and strawberry) and attractive woody and spicy overtones. Château Timberlay is soft and full-bodied, with good structure and acidity, as well as very elegant tannin. The finish is very long with hints of vanilla and cinnamon.

Tasting Note– An immensely appealing wine with an intense purple colour and violet highlights. The powerful bouquet is quite fruity (red fruit and candied fruit) with added hints of truffle and chocolate. Hearty and well-structured, Pavillon Cardinal is tannic, fruity and especially attractive due to the way its long, fruity aftertaste develops on the palate.

Sweet, elegant, and smooth tannins lend depth to the well-rounded palate and lead to a fresh, fruity, and juicy finish.

Tasting note: Deep plum core with fading edge. Rich ripe plum nose. Hints of chocolate and vanilla with floral backing. Equally rich plum flavours in the mouth and full, soft flow across the palate. Hints of chocolate develop in the mouth while the floral backing becomes more apparent. Supple tannins lead into dry, smooth finish.

Tasting note: Medium to light, grainy edge, blue purple. Ripe plum on the nose with light spice backing. Hints of cherry and light earthiness. Good full mouth with more flavours than the nose suggested. Ripe plum with slight smoky trace. Light, supple tannins with smooth flow across the plate. Dry finish with ripe berry notes and lasting spice.
