Rémy Martin & Pineapple

INGREDIENTS
1½ oz. Rémy Martin VSOP
Pineapple juice
METHOD
Pour Rémy Martin VSOP in a highball glass over ice and top with pineapple juice. Garnish with a palm frond
Manhattan

INGREDIENTS
1¾ oz. Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
¾ oz. of Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Aromatic Bitters
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry
Mint Julep

INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
8 Sprigs of Mint
1 tsp. of Sugar
METHOD
Put mint and sugar with a dash of water in mixing glass. Add shaved ice and cognac. Shake until frosted and pour all into rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
V.S.O.P Cooler

INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ oz. Rémy Martin V.S.O.P
½ oz. Cointreau
1 Ginger slice, muddled
1 oz. pomegranates juice
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1½ oz. lemon-lime soda
METHOD
Muddle ginger and lemon juice. Combine all ingredients, except for soda, in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and Strain over ice into a highball glass. Top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with an orange twist.
