Pineapple juice
METHOD
Pour Rémy Martin VSOP in a highball glass over ice and top with pineapple juice. Garnish with a palm frond

INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ oz. Rémy Martin V.S.O.P
½ oz. Cointreau
1 Ginger slice, muddled
1 oz. pomegranates juice
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1½ oz. lemon-lime soda
METHOD
Muddle ginger and lemon juice. Combine all ingredients, except for soda, in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and Strain over ice into a highball glass. Top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with an orange twist.
