Tasting note: Pale Straw colour. Tropical notes of passionfruit, guava and blackcurrant combine with nettle and subtle chalky mineral notes on the nose. A rich full palate of tropical flavours including passionfruit guava and blackcurrant lead to a long mineral finish.
Blend – Rare red blend
Tasting note – A medium bodied red wine with sweet raspberry, plum and dark cherry fruits along with black pepper spice, clove and hints of dried fruits.

Tasting note – Upfront red fruit characteristics supported by subtle spicy tones, hints of white truffle, freshly made milo and thyme
Varietal – Shiraz
Tasting note – Deep garnet colour with purple hues. Blackberries, plum, black cherries and dark chocolate on the nose supported by hints of liquorice and vanilla. A rich and vibrant wine showing fresh dark berry fruit flavours intermingled with characters of dark chocolate, liquorice and spice. Soft and subtle tannins provide length, structure and balance.
Varietal: Chardonnay
Tasting Note- Medium pale straw colour. Intense aromatics of melon and white peach, combined with notes of spicy oak Fresh and lively palate, with rich flavours of peach, stone fruit and lemon zest. Creamy and textured complexity and delicate sweetness from oak aging.
Varietal: 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Petite Sirah
Tasting note – Dark cherry and toasted oak aromas on the nose. Juicy black currant, raspberry and dark cherry flavors on the palate. This luscious, well-balanced, rich & complex wine has a sweet middle palate that finishes with a toasty oak component.
Varietal: 90% Chardonnay, 5% Chenin Blanc, 5% Viognier
Tasting Note- This Chardonnay exhibits refreshing aromas of fresh green apples, citrus, and tropical fruits. Light citrus layered with fresh peaches fills the mouth as soft vanilla and oak notes linger. Good acidity gives it a crisp balance with a creamy medium-length finish.

Tasting note – Deep ruby red colour. Aromas of red cherry, raspberry and vibrant spice with a hint of oak Bold fruit flavours fill the palate and meld perfectly with the spicy oak. Fine acid gives the wine lovely structure, punctuated by the polished fruit and oak tannins.
Varietal – Sauvignon Blanc
Tasting note – Pale lemon colour. Lifted aromatic nose of snow pea, citrus and passionfruit. A well balanced wine. The palate fills with fresh greens and ripe tropical flavours. The crisp grapefruit like acidity extends the palate to a long and mouth-watering finish.
Varietal/Blend: 65% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay
Tasting note: Golden pink hue with bright red tints. Persistent streams of bubbles. Intense bouquet of ripe fruit (blackcurrant) and candied orange, accompanied by subtle notes of orange blossom and Madagascar vanilla. The rounded, smooth, silky, full-bodied palate has notes of hazelnut and cocoa beans and is lengthened by a fresh, chalky finish.
