INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Rémy Martin VSOP
4-5 fresh strawberries
¾ oz. simple syrup
¼ oz. pomegranate juice
1 oz. fresh apple juice
METHOD
Halve the strawberries, pour some ice in a highball glass and add the Rémy Martin VSOP, the simple syrup, pomegranate juice, and the fresh apple juice. Add the cut strawberries and stir. Sliced strawberry as garnish.

8 Sprigs of Mint
1 tsp. of Sugar
METHOD
Put mint and sugar with a dash of water in mixing glass. Add shaved ice and cognac. Shake until frosted and pour all into rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
INGREDIENTS
1 ¼ oz. Rémy Martin V.S.O.P
½ oz. Cointreau
1 Ginger slice, muddled
1 oz. pomegranates juice
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup
1½ oz. lemon-lime soda
METHOD
Muddle ginger and lemon juice. Combine all ingredients, except for soda, in an ice-filled shaker. Shake and Strain over ice into a highball glass. Top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with an orange twist.
