Three classic French ingredients brought together in one cocktail – cognac, red wine and cassis. A sophisticated cocktail that underlines the velvet texture, woody notes and fruit quality of VS.
INGREDIENTS
- 40ml Martell VS
- 10ml blackcurrant or blackberry liqueur
- 25ml lemon juice
- 25ml egg white
- 10ml gomme
- 25ml red wine
Shake and strain into coupette and garnish with red wine.
