Glenfiddich’s 55-year-old Janet Sheed Roberts Reserve is one of the most expensive scotches on the planet. While you might not be able to afford a taste of this pricey spirit, you can substitute Glenfiddich’s 12-year-old scotch and enjoy the Mrs. Roberts, a cocktail specially developed to celebrate Glenfiddich’s birthday.

2 parts Glenfiddich 12 Year Old
½ part Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
½ part pomegranate molasses
Dash of plum bitters
Shake all ingredients on ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

1 ½ parts Glenfiddich 12 Year Old

2 parts pear juice

½ part agave nectar

1 part lemon juice

Shake all ingredients on ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

An easy to make cocktail that suits relaxed occasions and nights out alike. Brings out the fruit and spice notes found in the nose and palate of Martell VS, and those of biscuit and gingerbread throughout.

INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml Martell VS
  • 15ml blackcurrant, pear or blackberry liqueur
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • Ginger beer to top

Build ingredients in a hi-ball glass over cubed ice and garnish with a lemon slice.

Three classic French ingredients brought together in one cocktail – cognac, red wine and cassis. A sophisticated cocktail that underlines the velvet texture, woody notes and fruit quality of VS.

INGREDIENTS

  • 40ml Martell VS
  • 10ml blackcurrant or blackberry liqueur
  • 25ml lemon juice
  • 25ml egg white
  • 10ml gomme
  • 25ml red wine

Shake and strain into coupette and garnish with red wine.

A refreshing and palate cleansing long drink with depth of character and refreshing acidity. To be enjoyed late afternoon or as a pre-dinner drink.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 part Martell Caractère
  • 1/2 part vanilla syrup
  • 2 parts pink grapefruit juice
  • 1 part sparkling mineral water

Add ingredients to a tall glass and fill with ice. Garnish with a thin slice of pink grapefruit

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Martell VSOP
  • 10ml gomme
  • 3 dashes of homemade coffee bitters
  • Branca Menta
  • Orange twist

Add a dash of Branca Menta to a rocks glass. Combine cognac, gomme and bitters in shaker, shake and strain into glass. Garnish with orange twist.

INGREDIENTS

  • 35ml Martell VSOP
  • 10ml chilled mineral water
  • Orange zest

First, chill a brandy balloon by adding ice and water, or by leaving it in the freezer. Once the glass is chilled, add the cognac and water. Finally, twist orange zest over the cocktail and serve.
